How to Register

Review the session dates above and select the week that works best for your troop's schedule.

Register at ScoutingEvent.com

Click the Register Now button to complete your troop's registration through the official Scouting America registration portal.

Submit Health Forms

All campers and adult leaders must complete a Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A, B, and C before arrival.

Register for Programs

30 days before your session, you'll receive a link to pre-register Scouts for merit badge programs and high-adventure activities.

Pack & Arrive

Check-in opens Sunday at Noon. Review the packing list and leader guide sent after registration is confirmed.

Registration Fees

Fees include meals, and all standard program activities for the week.

Financial assistance available. Campership aid is offered through Glacier's Edge Council. Campership Applications are due by May 1st of the camp year. Late applications might not be accepted.

Everything you need to know before registering your troop.

Cancellations made 30+ days before your session receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session pending availability.

Scouting America requires a minimum of two registered adult leaders per troop at all times.

All campers and adult leaders must have a completed Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A, B, and C).

Yes — Scouts without a troop attending can register as provisional campers and will be placed with a provisional troop for the week. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange provisional registration.

Program pre-registration opens 30 days before camp starts. Please note, not all programs offer pre-registration.

Yes. Campership assistance is available through the Glacier's Edge Council. Contact your district executive or visit the council website for application details and deadlines.
