Pre-Camp Leader's Meeting

An in-person meeting at the Madison Scout Office for troop leaders to review final camp details, submit paperwork, and ask questions before the season. Attendance is not required but strongly encouraged for those who can make it.

Submit Health Forms

All campers and adult leaders must complete a Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A, B, and C before arrival.

Register for Programs

30 days before your session, you'll receive a link to pre-register Scouts for merit badge programs and high-adventure activities.

Pack & Arrive

Check-in opens Sunday at Noon. Review the packing list and leader guide sent after registration is confirmed.

Financial assistance available. Campership aid is offered through Glacier's Edge Council. Campership Applications are due by May 1st of the camp year. Late applications might not be accepted. If an application for a campership is submitted, the early bird rate will be recognized after the scholarship is applied. Do not pay for Scouts who have applied for financial aid until after determinations have been made.

Everything you need to know before registering your troop.

Cancellations made 30+ days before your session receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Refund's must be requested in writing to be considered. Refunds requested less than 30 days before camp will be subject to additional fees and penalties up to 75% of the original fee. Funds that have been paid may be transferred to other Scouts or activities.

Scouting America requires a minimum of two registered adult leaders per troop at all times. Additional leader's may be required based on the genders and size of your troop. All leaders must present proof of their Safeguarding Youth Protection Training at check-in.

All campers and adult leaders must have a completed Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A, B, and C).

Yes — Scouts without a troop attending can register as provisional campers and will be placed with a provisional troop for the week. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange provisional registration.

Program pre-registration opens 30 days before camp starts. Please note, not all programs offer pre-registration.

Yes. Campership assistance is available through the Glacier's Edge Council. Contact your district executive or visit the resources page for application details and deadlines.
